The Warren County Career Center’s Adult Division is one of Ohio’s Full-Service Centers and a proud partner in the University System of Ohio. To receive the Full Service Center designation, a school must offer comprehensive training programs with advanced technological capabilities, modern equipment, facilities and skilled instructors. We are fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and by the Ohio Department of Education, Division of Career-Technical Education. We are pleased to offer a wide range of diversified training programs and customized services at our two campuses. We welcome you and challenge you to join us in lifelong learning.

Adult Education Initiatives

WCCC’s Adult and Community Education Full Service Center is fully accredited by North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement. Founded in 1895, the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI) is a non-governmental, voluntary organization that accredits more than 9,000 public and private schools in 19 states, the Navajo Nation, and the Department of Defense Dependents' Schools worldwide. http://www.ncacasi.org/

Warren County Career Center Adult and Community Education Full Service Center exists to provide high quality training for area business and industry and is a key component in the county’s economic development. We participate with area chambers of commerce and other area business groups to stay connected and current on the needs of our business community.

Customized Training for Business and Industry
Keeping your employees current with technology and skills is vital to your success as a company. Let us target training for a specific skill to your employees – anything from computer training such as Microsoft Excel 2007 to industrial skills such as programmable logic controllers, electrical to welding. Any of our career areas can provide customized training: Auctioneer, Computer, Cosmetology, Health Occupations, Heavy Equipment, Information Technology, Public Safety Services, and Trade and Industrial.

Customized Employment Testing
Our expert assessment coordinator can provide pre-employment testing, promotional testing, pre-training testing, skills assessments, WorkKeys System, Myers/Briggs personality testing, DiSC behavioral testing and KeyTrain skills upgrades. Use our objective evaluations to help you with job profiling, skills assessments (several also available in Spanish), and instructional support.
 
Special Human Resource projects
We can assist your company with short-time projects, helping your company to avoid adding staff or using management for time-consuming but necessary activities. WCCC can help you recruit; screen resumes; screen and interview candidates by phone; schedule interviews; interview candidates; conduct reference & employment verifications; administer pre-employment testing; and much more.

The College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) gives individuals the opportunity to receive college credit for what they already know by earning qualifying scores on any of the 34 examinations. Click here for more information.

Adult Basic Literacy Education, GED preparation, and English for Speakers of Other Languages help adults transition back into education for workforce training. Gateway to Success, a partnership with Miami University Middletown, provides a pathway for adults ages 18-21 who have dropped out of school to graduate from their high school provided they have been out of school for at least one year. All of these services are offered at no cost to the student.

WCCC offers classes at our main campus just north of Lebanon and at our South Campus in Kings Mills.
